Before submitting your application, please confirm the following. If you are applying as a duo, these confirmations apply to both participants.

Please confirm each of the statements below:

• that the information I have provided is correct;
• that I agree to the dates and times of this project and confirm that I will be present in Zutphen for the full duration of the programme;
• that I agree to the participation fee and confirm that payment will be made within two weeks after confirmation of participation (or within two days if the course starts sooner).
• that I agree to the policy regarding data sharing and storage (privacy policy →).

During the programme, photos, video recordings and audio recordings may be made by our organisation for documentation and promotional purposes (such as the website, social media and future publications). This does not apply to the video and audio material you upload as part of your application form.

After confirmation of your participation, we will send you an invoice for your payment. There are several payment options available, each with different service fees: iDEAL (+ €1) Mastercard and Visa (+1.80% + €0.25 for EU / +3.25% + €0.25 for non-EU) American Express (+2.90% + €0.25)

We review applications in three rounds. After each round, we will let you know within one week whether you can participate in the programme. If your participation is confirmed, we will send the invoice and further practical information. A copy of this form will be sent to your email address.
