If you are applying as a duo: The first-named participant will act as the main contact person for all communication and practical matters. You will probably understand that all questions refer to both participants, even if they are phrased in the singular.

Please indicate your participation in the Monasteries – the courses within which you will develop your Open Call project. There are four Monasteries in total. Participation in at least two Monasteries is required. You may start with the Opening Monastery in October 2026 (preferred) or January 2027 (alternative). The March Monastery is optional. The Final Monastery in May 2027 is required.

Before submitting your application, please confirm the following. If you are applying as a duo, these confirmations apply to both participants.

Please confirm each of the statements below:

• that the information I have provided is correct;
• that I agree to the dates and times of this project and confirm that I will be present in Zutphen for the full duration of the programme;
• that I give permission for photos, video recordings, and audio recordings made during the the programme by our organisation for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, and future publications);
• that I agree to the participation fee and confirm that payment will be made within two weeks after confirmation of participation (or within two days if the course starts sooner). Payment in instalments is possible;
• that I agree to the policy regarding data sharing and storage (privacy policy →).

During the programme, photos, video recordings and audio recordings may be made by our organisation for documentation and promotional purposes (such as the website, social media and future publications). This does not apply to the video and audio material you upload as part of your application form.

We review applications in three rounds. After each round, we will let you know within one week whether you can participate in the programme. If your participation is confirmed, we will send the invoice and further practical information. A copy of this form will be sent to your email address.
